The service network of the after-sales service department covers the whole country, and there are mobile service stations set up in the area where this project is located, which can provide thoughtful services for the project site. The after-sales service department brings together talents and elites from our company's technical center, engineering company, and process department. The after-sales service personnel have intermediate or above professional titles, are familiar with and understand the company's product performance, have rich experience in construction technology and fault analysis and handling, and have participated in the construction of many large bridge projects in China. Our company makes the following customer service commitments for the sales of products:
    
    1. Our company promises that for any supply contract signed with our company, we will ensure timely supply, deliver the products to the buyer's designated location on time and in quantity, and assign professional personnel to guide warehousing.
    2. Our company promises that the products produced and sold by our company have a five-year warranty and are responsible for the quality of the products sold for life.
    3. Our company promises that professional personnel will patiently and enthusiastically answer technical inquiries from customers during product consultation and supply.
    4. Our company promises to dispatch professional technical personnel to the designated site within 48 hours for those who need technical guidance due to product quality issues or customer requirements.
    5. We promise that all accidents that occur before and during the delivery process will be borne by us.
    6. After the completion of the project, our company will periodically send personnel to track and investigate the products. If any problems are found, they will arrive at the site within 48 hours for quick resolution.
    7. Our company will be responsible for organizing professional technical personnel to install and debug our products according to the actual requirements of users, ensuring the smooth progress of various installation and training work.
