Recently, Datong Digital Co., a subsidiary of Datong, signed a project agreement on cap and tower construction monitoring services with ZJG-A4 contract section of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge of Sichuan Road and Bridge Group to undertake the cap and tower construction monitoring task of the bid section.

The main channel span of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge is 2300 meters, which is the largest span suspension bridge in the world currently under construction. The project is located between Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge and Husutong Yangtze River Bridge in the Rugao Sha Group section of Chengtong River Section. The route starts from the west side of Shizhuang Town in Rugao and the intersection of Huatai Heavy Industrial area in Rugao and enters the Yangtze River. Set the North Passage bridge with the main span of 1208m to cross the middle branch of the Yangtze River, and after passing the Minzhusha Island of Jingjiang, set the South Passage bridge with the main span of 2300m to cross the main channel of the Yangtze River, land on the west side of Zhanggao Ferry, and route along the current status and planned 259 provincial highway to the south, which has crossed the Vietnam River Highway, the Hong Kong-Feng Highway, and the planned Golden Port special railway. It stops at the Chenyang Interchange of Zhangjiagang Shugang Expressway, with a total length of 29.849km.

With a total length of 7,859m, the design pile number ranges from K13+227 to K21+086. From north to south, it is divided into five parts: North Approach bridge, North Approach Bridge, Middle approach Bridge, South approach Bridge and South approach Bridge. Beihangdao Bridge is the main span 1208m double-tower single-span suspension bridge.
