1.Principle
   DTR-Laminated Rubber Bearings are elastic connection devices between superstructure and substructure, which guarantee the
   relative movements and rotations about any axis happen in a safe and smooth way. Besides, with rubber inside, whether forces
    come from vertical or horizontal direction can be transmitted, without constraints.
2.Technology
   DTR Bearings are mainly made of rubber and reinforced steel plates. After a vulcanization process, these two materials are
    bonded together. Thus, the steel plates can provide a resistance to deformation and a bigger load capacity, while the rubber
   supplies enough elasticity which can absorb the impact from the external environment. What is more, the rubber can also ensure

    the movements and rotations from superstructure appropriately.

3.Application and Advantage
   DTR Bearings are mainly used in bridges with small to medium load, small permissible concrete pressure and separated

   structures.

   DTR Laminated Rubber Bearings are easy to install, controllable deformation and economical.

4. Products
   According to Chinese National Standard, JT/T4-2001 and JT/T663-2006, DTR Laminated Rubber Bearings are classified into:
   DTR!Laminated rubber bearings, come in the shapes of rectangles, fully covered with rubber, comprising at least two steel
   reinforced plates and rubbery layers inside, that can¨t slide in any direction.
  DTRF4 !Laminated rubber bearings, come in the shapes of rectangles, covered with rubber, comprising at least two steel
    reinforced plates and rubbery layers inside, with a PTFE sliding plate on the upper surface and a stainless steel plate above,
    which can make the movement and rotation from the structure possible.
  DTR!Laminated rubber bearings, come in the shapes of round, fully covered with rubber, comprising at least two steel reinforced
   plates and rubbery layers inside.
  DTRF4!Laminated rubber bearings, come in the shapes of round, covered with rubber, comprising at least two steel reinforced
   plates and rubbery layers inside ,with a PTFE sliding plate on the upper surface and a stainless steel plate above, which can make
   the movement and rotation of the structure possible.
5. STANDARD
  Laminated rubber bearings for highways and bridges strictly execute the standard JT/T4-2004 ^Laminated rubber bearing for
   Highways and bridges ̄ and JT/T663-2006 ^Specification series of laminated rubber bearing for highways and bridges ̄. Laminated
  rubber bearings for exportation are in accordance with international standards such as EN1337-3, AASHTO LRFD 14.7), BS 5400 9.1
  9.2. On the other hand, we can design special laminated rubber bearings based on the reasonable requests from customers.
6. Raw Materials.
  Rubber is the main ingredient of the elastomeric material used in DTR Bearings, which can deform and regain due to the external
  forces. However, natural rubber (NR) has got higher mechanical resistance and better deformation properties, while the synthetic
  chloroprene rubber (CR) got higher chemical resistance.
  The reinforcing steel plate used in the Laminated Rubber Bearings should be in accordance with the GB/T 3280 clause, such as
  Q235, Q345, Q355, etc.
